Game of Thrones and Twin Peaks Will No Longer Overlap
Twin Peaks will no longer air on Sunday nights at 9pm ET starting August 6, shifting instead to the 8pm ET time slot an hour earlier. Now that it no longer overlaps with Game of Thrones, fans of both shows won’t need to worry about which one to watch first.
The news was announced during the Twin Peaks panel at San Diego Comic-Con earlier today. A number of Twin Peaks cast members from older seasons and the return joined the panel, including Kyle MacLachlan, Naomi Watts, Tim Roth, Dana Ashbrook, Kimmy Robertson, Matthew Lillard, Everett McGill, James Marshall, and Don Murray, with Lost co-creator and showrunner Damon Lindelof moderating.
