UFC Fights Cancelled After Conor McGregor Attacks Rival Fighters' Bus
Three UFC 223 fights have been cancelled in the wake of Conor McGregor’s attack on rival fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov’s bus, which left two injured. A warrant was put out for the fighter’s arrest, and after turning himself in, McGregor was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief, reports Sky News.
McGregor and his entourage attacked the bus at a media event at the Barclays Center in New York. TMZ captured the incident on film, which shows McGregor smashing one of the bus’ windows. The group of attackers continued to hurl nearby objects at bus, including a metal barrier and a large bin.
